Our Focus
Key criteria that we look for in a business are: stable and predictable, understandable, low risk of disruption, sticky customers, pricing power, strong free cash flow generation, high margins, and a high degree of recurring or re-occuring revenue. We primarily favour service businesses in markets with strong tailwinds, and some degree of customer loyalty. We are sector agnostic but prefer the home services and car repair sectors.
